    The Lost MC being back is great news. They had by far the best story in IV.

    I just pre-ordered the normal edition. I look forward to walking the 3 mins from my gaff to GameStop on the 17th and them having a copy for me, was bedlam when I didn't preorder IV! This game is going to be like gold-dust for the first week or so, it will be sold out everywhere IMO.

    Not sure if this is common knowledge or not, but I spotted it when I pre-ordered last night.

    Story wise, it's possibly the best one they've ever done.

    Gameplay is similar to IV but the handling of the bikes is much improved. Added bonus is the friends are nowhere near as needy as in IV.

    The final mission is also fcuking epic.

    Definitely worth it.

    Pre-ordered the Collector's Edition off GameStop.ie, I felt determined to get the full whack of digital content :pac:.

    I'm not too bothered about getting it at midnight, but hopefully it'll arrive on the morning of the 17th.

    I'm poor... :p But there is also the advantage of a mate buying it before me and then I'll be able to see by playing it, if it's worth buying or not. :)

    Similar situation for myself. Ill just have to drool over youtube gameplay videos for a week or two until I can blag a copy somehow.

    Put down €10 for this in Gamestop last night. I'm expecting them to be much more expensive that HMV and Tescos but I just wanted to get a pre-order in now so I can stroll up at 9am on release day and buy my copy without any stress. That's got to be worth the extra tenner I'd have said.

    I think ye guys may be possibly worrying a little much with you pre-orders. I've never pre-ordered any game (including GTAs) and I've also never had an issue wandering into a store the following day and picking up one of the numerous copies sitting on the shelves.

    Stores are going to order a fair few of these. Much mor than have been pre-ordered. I wouldn't bother.

    Beisdes, worst case scenario, there's always Argos and Harvey's. People generally seem to forget that these places sell games (and get them on release day).

    Yeh I've never pre-ordered a game and have always gotten the ones I wanted on launch day. There's no way a shop will not order enough to satisfy demand. They'd be throwing money away if they did as people will go elsewhere

    The only thing that kinda worry about preordering would be looking at The Last of Us. That sold out in almost every shop in the larger cities. I suppose one could say that it was its exclusivity that helped sell so.many copies. If you have both an Xbox and PS3 then at least you can be sure you'll be able to get a copy. If you've one system, then you might be going without. Lets not forget that this is one of the most anticipated games this generation. You only have to look at the rockstar site crashing at the release of any tidbit of info.

    Not trying to scare/worry anyone of course :p

    I remember San Andreas being sold out in a few places when that was released. GTA 4 was fine though I think.
