Make the complaint, get the person spoken to and also you may get yourself a further discount in the ereader. It's the best advice that solves the issue of the rude advisor.

Also 2 of the big UK call centres are closing next week, so unfortunately you may get a few people who don't care anymore as they're losing their jobs.

I got a call out of the blue from Littlewoods saying the dispatch is pushed out till the 31st. At least they took the time to call me and say this. She was polite on the phone and since they dont have stock now to send I am happy they called and gave an update.

My package, like a few folks here, dispatched 14/05, hit the Midlands Fastway Hub at midnight tonight. So hopefully a few of us will be getting deliveries tomorrow.

Finally got mine last night. Got it charged up and out a few books on it and am very happy with it. It's a lovely little reader, it looks well,feels good in the hand,and most importantly the screen is great quality with clear and crisp text (and I haven't even updated it yet).

I would have been happy with it even at full price, but at this price it was a huge bargain.

Thanks to the OPs who posted the deal. Good luck to everyone still waiting.

Showing as in stock when you use the BT364PE postcode for Parcelmotel. Not available to collect but ok for home delivery.

I went through the process of delivery and it gave me that error. Maybe I messed up, will try again.

Ok, went through the process again and even the paypal section. Looked like all was going well then at the end I got a message saying:

The following items were not purchased

NOOK Simple Touch501/1276 Sorry, currently out of stock.

Email confirmed the same.

Now the site is saying Out of Stock for that post code and my sisters in England

Just checked my status. It's in the van and out for delivery. The only problem is that I'm leaving here after lunchtime to go on holidays for a week. Hopefully it will make it by then!

On Littlewoods website, is there anyway to get more info than "despatched", mine was despatched on the 14/5, any idea's when that might actually be delivered to the house?

If that was my order I would email littlewoods and ask them to send a message to the depot to have that looked into.

It says it was dispatched so I wouldn't worry about it. Will probably be delivered today or monday.

Mine said despatched and then nothing for days and days, then it suddenly appeared in Ireland and was delivered that same day. If it says dispatched it's on it's way!

Apparently fast ways are responsible for tracking info after it is dispatched not Littlewoods so no point calling them to see where it is. It'll get to you soon
