    Yeah, he's climbing it, Matt Lightfoot is the project lead atm while he is away.
    Rocket still has internet access but its extremely expensive so he doesn't go online often.

    They have internet at some of the base camps but once he starts the proper ascent he won't have internet. My uncle climbed some of it a few years ago.

    I'm really missing dayz :( I'm away from Ireland at the moment with no PC and I don't miss any other games but I'm getting serious dayz cravings!

    yeah some poor sucker last night stopped right at the window just at the door in the nw airfield barracks after getting a m16a2 + grenade launcher. I couldnt resist.

    Now I'm in one of those rare really well armed situations in the game :D

    Oh no no Bob apparently ACR is an end game gun in Breaking Point. I killed the 2 lads anyway but one killed me as I killed him :( They went on to say that they were friendly and asked why I bandit, seriously those guys were setting up a trap outside barracks so I did what I had to do.

    I was in a war museum in St Petersburg in Russia today and they had loads of guns I recognised from dayz and wasateland. I took a few pics I might post them later. It really made me appreciate the lengths that the arma developers went to make it as real as possible. I got a pic of me in a UAZ too haha.

    Lads quick question. I am thinking about getting into Day Z but was worried my PC couldn't handle it. I tried the free Arma 2 there a while ago and it runs it decently at low to normal settings.

    Would this mean my PC should be able to run the full Combined Operations and Day Z mod now?

    CO is a bit more demanding than ARMA II free.

    Ive got it on my laptop and desktop, laptop is 3rd gen i7, nvidia low end gfx card, 8gb ram
    desktop is intel core quad, low end nvidia gt450 and 4gb ram

    both play CO and dayz fine

    GaelLords.com back up after a problem with the MySQL database. This also caused problems with the Epoch server, obviously enough. Should be fixed now.

    Been playing alot of Origins as well. I thought I read you can break into player homes if that's correct? If so does anyone know how?

    I read that too, I know my friends code for his house but I can't get in to it? It's stupid really.

    It is impossible for me to play Origins at the moment, too ragey and bitter after my last encounter with admins that restarted the server with a 2 minute warning when we were on Salvation city in our freshly repaired chopper that we repaired before the restart that was 15 mins ago. Respawned....

    Awh I would have snapped, the two people I play with helped the admin of the server the other day at salvation but ended up dying haha. They always ask if everyone's ready before they restart, to make sure no ones flying etc :)
