    A2) pull ups 8x3

    KB Snatch practice:
    24kg x5 e/s on minute every minute for 10 minutes

    Gunning for 200 reps in 10 minutes on that snatch. Good session really. Bench feels good.

    A2) Pull ups: 8x3

    Deadlifts:
    60kg x5
    100kg x5
    140kg x5
    180kg 5x5

    Benching goes well. New progression plan I'm trialling over the next 9 weeks on DL....

    W1; volume 5x5
    W2; heavier 3-5x5
    W3; 5rm
    W4; volume 5x3
    W5; heavier 3-5x3
    W6; 3rm
    W7; volume 5x2
    W8; heavier 3-5x1
    W9; 1rm

    A2) Pull Ups: 8x3

    B) Run the rack DB curls;
    20kg standing
    15kg seated
    10kg seated w/ fat gripzz
    5kg concentration

    C) Band Pushdowns: green band x100 reps over a few sets

    that was a good Saturday. And had a killer bench workshop today with 8 people leaving with new PRs :)

    A2) Pull Ups: BW 8x3

    Had the grossest bug ever since Monday and evacuating my innards from all orifices. First time back training today and it was pretty grim seen as I'm still dehydrated and my stomach cramps any time anything goes near it.

    ...aaaand just entered into a before/after comp with the other LIA tutors.

    Measured today @ 15.5% body fat, 90.2kg and a 16 inch bicep. Re-test and professional after shots on June 1st.

    8 minute ascending ladder - 1+1, 2+2 etc got to 18 rounds and 7 push ups
