    Why do the news channels keep suggesting that he might "go out in a blaze of glory"? They already suspect that he may be listening in to the news and police scanners (source: those same BS news channels) so why make it sound "glorious" to go out like that. It's like they're trying to goad him into it. Irresponsible reporting imo.

    These guys are stupid beyond belief if it turns out the reasoning behind this is due to their Chechen background. Perhaps it's not the case at all. However the U.S has always ignored Russia's actions against the Mujahideen in Chechnya. I can't imagine the U.S being so passive if they deem a legitimate threat from Chechen rebels after this.

    I think it was more to do with their extreme religious beliefs. Although still stupid beyond belief.
    The older brother said he had no American friends, but the younger one seemed to be very popular..
