    I'd disagree, there are others running, look at the bottom of the frame, people are moving quickly out of shot.

    Fox News saying NO arrests made, no one in custody but they have identified a suspect. Appears to be conflicting reports floating within different new agencies.

    I was never a fan of the US media but they are letting themselves down a bagful with this. Look at that video LL posted, they are giving airtime to an amateur photographer who takes it upon himself to select a suspect. It's crazy.

    They are all far too eager to get the 'scoop'.

    From the very start of this thing the media coverage has been a shambles.

    Depending what minute and what channel you watched there was anything from 2 to 12 dead, anything from 50 to 200 injured, anything from a Saudi in custody in a hospital to "they haven't a clue".

    Now they may or may not have some guy on a video running away from the scene (wow i mean who runs away from a bomb, that stuff ain't cool - if movies teach you anything cool guys walk away from bomb blasts).

    Shambles.

    CNN shifting the blame
    Investigators in Washington and Boston denied Wednesday that an arrest had been made in the bombing of the Boston Marathon. They had earlier said there was "substantial" progress in the case.

    I like the way they had arrests been made after some one said that substantial progress had been made
