Might just be a person who ordered a load of suspicious stuff online over the past few months, or was walking by the finish line the day of the race.

Police have to arrest him for questioning or else they can just walk out of the questioning.

Anyway, hope it's actually the person/group that did it.

If i was that young white guy they implicated in this i would be suing the ass off them. You can't just pluck random dudes with backpacks out of thin air and imply he may have bombed the place.

Websites aren't responsible for the user generated content. They're only responsible for removing it once served with a court order (and 4chan super-frequently purges threads).

I dont get the second one
He wasnt the only one running away and surely if he was involved he would have legged it before the blast went off

At least the first one the admit an hour has passed between the siting of the bag and the explosion but still the bag was in a suspect spot
