So last night after loads of beer, my mate was slagging me, the rage came upon me, and I am trained in various fighting codes, so the slap came, was a real good one. One half of me was saying such a bad thing to do, the other was going what a great punch! He is not answering the phone now what should I do

It's a pretty scummy thing to be proud of losing your cool, going against your training and hurting a supposed friend. Good luck if the Gardai come knocking.
