running an Accent costs about as much as a Levin too so you can just about afford to drive by your own logic.
It might be silly but it's still hard not to do.
Well unfortunately a Levin is a more expensive car to drive than an Accent, and you are right I am borderline unable to afford to drive.

Most yokes (of the 6+ years old variety) with NCT and tax expiring at the same time are PSVs Common knowledge isn't all that common admittedly.
