Debating Valencia over 4 corners at 5/6. They got 8 in the first leg and surely have to go for it tonight. Anyone got an opinion on this as i didn't see the first game.

Just had a look at Valencia's last 3 away games in the champions league and the corner count is 0,4,2

Raging i didnt do this now...in before ht

Ah right ye sorry...pretty important detail I missed there!

Might follow just for interest sake...FR's passionate speech has swayed me!

I was on the over 5.5 on B365

    All hail the Rat!

Hope the extra one comes in for everyone on the PP bet!

Haha, PP gave me a free €5 bet cause I backed United to win. Awesome.

Threw it on the Valencia Over 6 corners bet at 12/5. FatRat has the power to sway me apparently :P

    No-ice! The run continues!

Gonna go for a double with Juve/Juve and BTTS in the PSG game. Just under 5/2.
I have a real fancy for Juve tonight. Celtic will be really pushing it in the first half and I expect them to be caught out on the counter.
And after watching the first leg of the PSG v Valencia game I can see more of the same. Goals in this one for sure.

Nice one lavezzi! Couldn't see both teams scoring after the first half but get in!!:)

Gone for Valenica over 5 corners @ 1/1

    and valencia -1 handicap corners @ 13/8

I just feel Valencia have to come out attacking while PSG will try to keep it very tight and they'd be happy with a low scoring game

    man how easy was that

So then....all onboard the Bale train?

    5/4 anytime on PP.

    Copa Libertadores 22.45 start

    Libertad - Sporting Cristal

    Libertad HT/FT @2.14

Libertad played 2 at home in their league, won 2, both leading at HT
Sporting Cristal 2 away in their league, lost 2 both losing at HT

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,256 ✭✭✭FlawedGenius

Spurs Inter over 10 corners 1/1

Bale and Lennon nipping down the wings
Should be plenty of corners imo

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,194 ✭✭✭FatRat

Gone for Libertad and a Draw in the tigre game double at around 3/1.

The teams seem relatively evenlyatched but i don't trust tigre to win and Palmeiras have drawn 4 of their last 5 away games.

Gone for Libertad ht/ft 11/10 and over 1.5 first half goals at 9/4

Let's go the wincast at 7/4 has come in for 5 of Spur's last 6 (the one game it didn't was the one they didn't need to win) and if you factor in Inter's poor away form

Going for broke on Celtic +3.5 corners, sacked paddy power on Sunday and joined Bet365, €10 bonus is up at €240 after Madrid win last night, think Celtic are gonna go all out tonight so 4 corners looks like a cracking bet.

    €240 returns €399

    Well that went well!

Onwards and upwards though, thinking of a treble tomorrow of spurs, Chelsea and Benfica, any opinions?

Almost 5/1, pp. bet365 can go f themselves!

Edit: just seen paddy have enhanced the price to 5/1 for the treble, which is reason enough to stay away from it

Wait for team news but if he starts
    Steaua Bucharest v Chelsea

I like the look of Oscar to score anytime at 10/3. There is no doubting this lad has excellent ability but while he hasn't set the Premier League alight as yet he has been excellent in European competition where he has more time and there's less of the hustle and bustle of the English League. This can be reflected in his goal scoring, where he has just a solitary goal in the league in 25 appearances, he has been prolific in Europe netting 6 times in just 8 appearances including the last away league against Sparta Prague where he got the only goal.

I don't trust Chelsea away. Steaua knocked out Ajax last round and I'd say Chelsea would take a draw. I think Viktoria Plzen are a far better one to stick in at 11/10. Destroyed Napoli last round and have won all their home games in the EL

I think Plzen look a great shout here, Fenerbahce missing 2 of the centre mids too.

    Well, that was ****.

The other 5 matches i had selected for goals were equally disappointing.

Still have faith in Atletico Mineiro giving The Strongest a pasting though.
But in stead of going for them to score over 3,5 @2.75 i ll be taking

Correct score: Any other score on marathon @3.2 (iirc, much better than 2.75 in any case)
More or less needs the same amount of goals from Mineire since any other score means one of the teams needs to score 4.
So better odds and the outside chance of The Strongest bringing it home.

I've gone for Under 2.5 in Benfica vs Bordeaux @ 1.83

Bordeaux are the kings of defensive football, they'll most likely play with 5 at the back tonight like they often do in big games. They usually do well away from home vs big teams:
    0-0 vs PSG
    2-0 win vs Lyon
1-0 win vs Nice (who are very strong at home)
    1-1 vs Dynamo Kiev
They're not doing too well in the league atm cuz they're focusing entirely on the Europa League and the French Cup.

Was thinking of going with Bordeaux double chance or a draw on that one Lass. Reinforces my thoughts even more. I've found the Europa league to be very good for draws.

Plzen and Benfica double tonight. Plzen slaughtered Napoli in the last round and came top in the Atletico group.

Only on Bale Anytime tonight @ 2.25

    Reasoning: He's Garath Bale
He knows how to play against Inter (Warning: Coldplay)

Any Northern Irish footy followers here?

Big drop in odds on Glenavon (from ~5.00 to ~3.50) while the odds on Portadown are rising, is there anything that could explain this? The game's been pulled from William Hill...
