    That would be Widget Locker with a lot of customisation. Still have to edit the lock screen bit more as I'm not happy with some of the actions

    Home screen, using Nova Launcher.

    Configured it to be mostly based on swipe movements. Eg, swipe up to open Facebook, down to open chrome and anti-clockwise to open S-beam.

    Edit, won't let me attach a file. I'll upload onto tiny pic or something.

    This is from my stock Samsung Galaxy S3.

    Got Beautiful Widgets running with the Team Fortress 2 Clock skin. One of my favourites. It disappeared from the BW skin store ages ago so I had to rummage through an old backup of mine and copy and paste the files into a different skin folder to get them to work.

    Let me know if anyone wants the skin files.

    I also have it with a black/stroked outline too.

    3G Watchdog pro. You can set it to change colour depending on usage etc.

    I've had this setup for at least 3 months now, and I'm still very happy with it (which is unusual for me!)

    Screen 1: One More Clock Widget Free, Elixir 2 Widgets
    Screen 2: Android Pro Widgets (Calendar/Agenda Widget), "APW Theme Lucid" theme.
    Screen 3: Android Pro Widgets (Facebook), "APW Theme Lucid" theme.
    Screen 4: Aix Weather Widget (surprisingly accurate!), Catch Notes Widget.

    I have Android Pro Widget for SMS messages on another screen (it wouldn't look too interesting with redacted text messages). :)

    Dock (and drawer) use "Sphere Theme GO/Apex/Nova HD" icon set.
    The launcher is Nova Launcher Prime.

    The wallpaper is Mystic Halo Live Wallpaper (the concentric circles pulse and spin around at different speeds and in different directions). There is a free version available if you want to try it out (the paid version has more customisation).

    Third is a swipe right to misc.

    I think a fair few of us disagree with it in the first place. Clicking to see images, what is this, 2001?

    I think it was to stop people posting jumbo images. For those to take the effort to resize to a reasonable size, it should be OK.
