No one cares about stamps on a 13 year old car. :) I just like being able to show the work was done.

Make your own stamp. I got one of these,, looks good but a pain to set up initially! Stamp goes something like this...

    xxxxx xxxxxx DIY MECHANICS
    FULLY SYNTHETIC OIL
    GENUINE PARTS USED
    PH: 123456789

Yes the MPG can be pretty bad on a short run (15 MPG) it's not so bad on a longer run though (22 MPG).

The beep at 9500 is way more gratifying :D

Audi 2.0 petrol multitronic (in its dotage now)

oil/filter every 10k miles (Castrol edge)
plus pollen filter, air filter, plugs every 20k miles
    plus ATF every 40k miles
brake fluid every two years (normally wait until next service)
coolant replaced with timing belt change every 4/5 years

changing to an E92 320d in a week and that has the 5yr service pack, but I'll be doing unstamped interim 10k mile oil changes in between, after the warranty's out it'll be on a similar schedule to the above
