    Was supposed to order 2 but when I clicked accept and buy the first time round, nothing happened. So I ordered again. A few mins later I get emails about BOTH orders. I've cancelled one, I hope it cancels correctly!

    Sh!t... this happened to me too...the first time, it said a technical error has occurred. The second, it just went back to the ordering page. Should I wait? Should I order again?

    The second time may have worked, give it a min to see if a confirmation email comes through. If not just order again.

    I've successfully cancelled my second order, the first is pending. I'm just waiting for them to cancel it now because my billing address is parcel motel!

    Shíte, I ordered 2 accidentally, cos there was no confirmation after the first one.

    I'll cancel one anyway, and pray the other one gets to me :D

    Ordered with Parcel motel as delivery and my home as billing,

    How did you get it to accept your home as billing, assuming your home is in Ireland? I got "not a valid payment method" until I set the billing to the PM address. Now I'm torn between changing it back, now the order has been accepted, or calling the bank and asking them to temporarily change the address on the card to the PM address.

    I set my billing address on the card to be parcelmotel and it then accepted it as a payment method.

    I then rang my bank and they have added the parcel motel address as a valid delivery address so that when google's bank do a check on the billing address it should hopefully come up as valid!

    This was AIB Card Services by the way, very helpful.

    Is this necessary to do? The effort of ringing my bank and explaining this to them... :p

    I'd imagine so, I put the parcel motel address as my billing address which previously wouldn't have been registered with the bank, so I would actually want my bank to reject the charge unless otherwise specified.

    You used a Credit Card I take it.

    I tried ringing mine and she said there was no need to add that address to my account, that it wouldn't be flagged.

    I ordered two by mistake too. I cancelled one straight away, but didn't get a confirmation email of this and it's still pending in Google Wallet.
    Anybody else have their cancellation confirmed? Should I just learn to be more patient?!

    Thanks for contacting Google Play regarding cancellation of your order. All orders are processed directly after your purchase is complete. As a result, this means that there is a very short window of time to cancel an order prior to shipping.

    Although we attempted to honor your request, we were unable to cancel your order in this window.

    Well.. Hopefully I can sell it on to someone..

    I got a mail saying my second order was cancelled at 4:45 but it's still pending in my wallet, and they've taken both transactions from my account :mad:

    I ordered two by accident as well since the billing information screen didn't pop on on third and fourth attempt, after failing on the first and second. I'd rather get two than none.

    What are you guys putting for the UK phone number? I googled some random Smith when I was making my panicked order.

    I got a confirmation email of the order, I used my credit card, should I ring the bank to add the parcel motel address or is it a case when the order is confirmed its grand ?

    My last order was cancelled days after the order was confirmed, until you get a shipping email all bets are off so no harm calling the bank, at least if something does go wrong you know you tried everything you could think of at the time.

    Grand, so I rang bank, they said they added the PM address as a note on the account and said it should be OK !

    Time will tell, I suppose.
