Nope, I sure haven't, but I'd imagine it's quite impressive. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with Mame, I'm just saying I'm not into it.

Aye its impressive indeed, twas so good I saw no point in keeping my original pcbs so sold them off. Its a different animal compared to plugging a usb pad into a pc & playing from a flatscreen anyway :)

The emulation on mame will be far more accurate than any crappy emulaton you'll find on a PS2 turtles game.

More than likely, yeah, but I wouldn't have the nessacery gear. I have an MKII cab, but I refuse to tamper with it, and it's currently on the far side of the country anyways. I pretty much just run through a handful of consoles and an old TV with a fat arse on it. I'd also rather run stuff straight from my collection.

    I'm a stubborn sh1te really, lol.

The notion of 'tampering' with a cab to make it run emulators was made redundant ages ago with the likes of the jPac. Your pc effectively becomes a jamma pcb as far as the cab is concerned, you don't need to alter it in any way. But an MKII cab? Nice!

This old laptop couldn't become anything, lol. Once again, I'm a very stubborn man.
Yeah, I bought the cab from adverts a few years ago. Possibly from a member here, perhaps?

If anyone's looking for a free copy of DOTA 2 on Steam let me know. I've a load of free copies of it in my Steam gift inventory and everyone I know already has it.

Drop me a PM as I need an email address to send the codes on to.
Not sure if it needs to be the address you use for steam but I doubt it.

I'm still wondering how Nintendo managed to beat Atari in the 80's when Atari had adverts like this:

Went to see Wreak it Ralph in the cinema last night. Came out afterwards really wanting to pick up a woody cabinet!

Have you seen the Wreck it Ralph cabs on ebay?
    They look the biz!

I saw one and I think it sold for about 20k! Absolutely crazy.

Only 12 functioning cabs built I think and of that 7 were for sale. The guy doing the noquarter podcast stumbled upon one cheap.

Looks like WiiU is getting a new Xenoblade game. That's me sold.

It looks pretty incredible. Not sure about the wind waker hd remake though. It looks like they got rid of the hard shading for the characters which I liked a lot.

Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem as well. Nintendo you know the way to my heart.

Actually it might be a Xenogears/Xenosaga game rather than a Xenoblade one going by the X at the end of the trailer:

    And in Nintendo style there's no new Zelda game, we do get another remake though. Great, now I get to buy a game I already have all over again for full price...but its in HD this time...score! Thats way cool Nintendo :cool: {:rolleyes:}

A new Zelda game is in the works, just going to take some time

They'd be better off putting their efforts into new games rather than tarting up old games.

Lets have less Nintendo remakes and more money for public schools.

Only found that out just there, at least thats something to look forward to. Its prob gonna be way down the line though.

The thing about remakes is, I don't mind the concept. But what does bother me is the €54.99 price tags these things come with. Sure some work has gone into them, but they rarely if ever justify full whack pricing.

Hopefully they'll restore the missing dungeon from Windwaker.

Hey, if it means jettisoning some of that fetch-questery: I'm all for it.

Zelda games always take their time. It's better than rushing them to be honest. I can wait.

How did Skyward Sword hold up in the end? I never played it or really read anything about it either.
