You have to do it with a CAW or even a downloaded CAW. Edit the participants in his match on Universe mode at Wrestlemania and make sure its set to Legend.

Just got the game there for Christmas, completed the attitude era mode, great stuff. Moving onto the universe mode. Can someone explain to me what universe mode is about? You are pretty much thrown into the mode without much explanation.

Hi all, got this game for christmas and really enjoying it so far. I've completed the "attitude era" (ahh some great memories) and noticed I have unlocked bonus matches from this era. Not sure what this means ??? Is it possible to watch video footage from these matches r something?

No you play them to unlock more they should be in the attitude era menu next to all the others you completed.

So got to play some more of this game over the christmas, really i cant help but feel i have over paid for this game. Really what this is, is very expensive DLC. Exact same as last year. Wrestlers have changed CAS is the same the past few years. Xbox live is a little better (when xbox live is working) Universe on paper has improved. But trying it out has just left me bored. I had more fun with 2012 Universe and that had less options.

If i had any advice to give to somebody thinking about buying it ? If you have 2012 stick with that, its the same game as well as being a little boring.

Any idea how to get the trophy for creating a story with an original superstar or arena? I know I just said it there, but for some reason I am not getting it, despite including both in mine. Does it have to meat certain criteria?

Pretty sure if you go to "WWE Shop" in the ingame menu it will show all the available characters, roughly €0.75 each I believe.

Downloaded them last night. I really like this pack with Pillman, Funk, Cesaro and Sandow.

You can now also download for 80 ms points each - Mike Tyson, Punks ice cream shirt and Austins ATV + 3:16 shirt and jean shorts.

Has anyone experienced and infinite loading screen on this on the Xbox? Can't seem to access the Xbox Live section at all.

I managed to get to the store section after a restart to try and download the new moves packs etc but now the download is going really slow.

Are the servers just completely screwed lately? Really annoying as it's a great game.

Servers are still not great. Not only that but getting alot of crashing also.

Yeah for me the servers go down often. If I'm going for a browse of created wrestlers I usually only manage 1 or 2 before it goes down (and crashes the game, sometimes).

Zero clue about the Games industry compared to some people here so has anyone heard more on the rumour EA signed a deal with WWE for the game license last week and it will be announced today?

I think THQ were having a sell-off yesterday and selling the licences to some of their games. Maybe the EA deal was done before that, but other than that I've heard nothing.

Dave Meltzer said a deal was done last week but he chose not to name the publisher and the big rumour on Twitter is that it is EA.

I don't think so. From what I know, the individual licences (including WWE) are being bid on, and if the total price doesn't reach $60m, a judge allowed for a publisher called Clearlake to buy THQ outright for $60m. And if the bid sales are more than $60m, Clearlake are allowed to put in a new bid for everything, and then the individual licences can be bid on again to try and beat Clearlake's new offer.

The WWE licence is a tricky one because THQ didn't completely own the IP. It was a joint venture between WWE and THQ if that makes sense, THQ didn't start the game from the ground up.

Add in the fact the making the WWE game would open up possibilities for further games and business opportunities.
