Can't wait for tonight's show :) Did I see Dermot with Jo at the graveside, what's the story there? Will Plain People of Ireland girl be back?

I could do with a break from Yvonne, she was gone nuts falling out with everyone and threatening Neasa, poor Christy, even the nosey old one married to Charlie, before the Reeta story. Also if anyone said all those things to their father Yvonne said, they wouldn't be talking next day. I'd never speak another word to them the rest of my life if a child of mine said all that to me. Why play ruthlessly and dirty, she was in the right, you don't need to fight dirty when you have the winning hand.

I thought Neasa and Damien would have made a good couple, but I suppose it's the height thing and FC, he's taller so it would never work. ;)

Ah, now I remember what Judith used to be in...it was a comedy, a situation comedy made by RTE... stop reading now if you don't want to be haunted by the memory...

    It was called 'Upwardly Mobile'.

Oh Mother of Jesus, what did we Irish do to deserve RTE?

Oh god yeah, I remember it! I used to love it, but just watched a bit on YouTube there, I was obviously an easily pleased child......

Lots of people don't like the mealy mouthed one. Just go on Fair City fans on FB, no-one can stick her. And do NOT pretend she is anything other than wicked looking, you can have an opinion, but fact is fact.

    Caoimhe?

Caoimhe is just about good looking, and tall, strange snarl mind you.

No, Maeve is a fright, I just change channel when I see her now, she is so annoying.

Yvonne is having none of it now! Well she was the only one taking care of Bela and seeing Rita. Kinda hard for the rest to judge her and try to get her to stay.

Judith is really turning up the charm with Luke...driving Tommy mental! lol

Does anyone remember what the actor Darren was in? His face is very familiar. Something like Raw or The Clinic or some other RTE stuff?

I never got any great impression that Yvonne spent a lot of time "looking after Da" to be honest about it. Sure, they lived in the same area but in separate houses and would obviously meet, chat etc. But I can't remember anything much more than that ??

She was the only one around him in all fairness. Spent Christmas with him and visited her mum often. The rest stayed in Australia. Not saying she did it 24/7 but certainly a lot more than the others.

Poor Vivienne just heard the words 'chocolate cake' and she was all over Judith like a rash...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 498 ✭✭Graciefacey

Did anybody else have subtitles on, when judith and vivienne were being served in the tapas bar, 'sorry about the wait' came up as 'sorry about the weight'. Writers def reading this and subliminally dropping hints at viv!!

Ugh! Ugh! Ugh! The whole JudyGreyie thing is horrible! I feel sorry for ole Tommy :(
Is it my imagination or did I see a clip from 'RAW' advertised with Pete in it the other night? I may be raving as I've that many flu remedies consumed the past week! :)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 498 ✭✭Graciefacey

Doireann ni chorragain wrote this episode, aka ali foley. Has she written many others?

Jesus the sooner they get rid of that charmless wooden tosspot Louise's boyfriend, whose name escapes me, the better! He's bloody awful, can't even act smarmy!

Darren is still as wooden as ever but at least he's ridiculously good looking, lol, reminds me of a dark haired Joshua Jackson! :D

Ok fair enough. I was really thinking of a carer in the sense of a home carer.

Surprised though how quickly the Doyles have forgotten all about Yvonne's rant at the funeral..unbelievable!

I really really want the whole of Carrigstown to find out about the sordid goings on with the sleazy hypocritical Dillons.
