You can get 1.4, 1.6 or 1.8 petrol ZRs or a 2.0 diesel. The 1.4 is 103bhp so not too bad to go, very nice suspension set up so a decent drive for the money.

Would they be much more expensive to insure than the 25?

I always hated how the 25 was the basis of the ZR and the 75 the basis of the ZS when to look at "25" kind of looks like "ZS".

Just ring and check! If it helps I was getting quotes on them before and it was around 100 extra over a Corolla for the year but pretty much everyone will get a different quote!

Good point, I think the ZR, ZS, ZT was an alphabetic inspired naming convention so to have them as ZS, ZR, ZT wouldn't have fitted that strategy :)

The ZS was R 45 based though.

Ah yes. I actually forgot about the 45 and the name ZT. The ZT was a nice looking car in its time, and although it looks aged now, it aged well.

Nothing compared to a GTi so :p

I thought it would cost a bomb to insure but got a reasonable quote from Axa today.

I'll do a bit of homework before I go to view and update everyone later on in the week.

    Fingers crossed
