BMC are flogging off their 2012 shop kit $25 plus postage for bibs and jersey
Be handy for a group order to spread the postage cost.

Just wondering if anyone who ordered from BMC has received their stuff yet?

Not heard anything from them in two weeks.

Ribble is selling the Mavic HC H20 jacket (Gore-Tex Paclite) for £99 (plus delivery), just for today. I haven't checked, but I think that is a good price for the jacket. I've never used one myself but I've come across some good reviews of it in the past.

Been receiving several emails in the last few days from CRC about a loyal customer discount of 10% off everything.
How stupid is that when you can get 10%, 15% or even 20% (depending on what you spend) on the site itself.
It would be OK if you could use the 2 codes but that doesnt work either.

Seems you are better off not being a loyal customer.

BTW 12% discount over €125 on wiggle with code 12EXTRA. Today ONLY....

The crap euro is making CRC look more and more expensive. I'm ordering from the big German websites now.

Garmin edge 800 unit is €389 in Wheelworx, fonthill.
CRC and Wiggle both selling unit for €417, if you have a 10% discount in Wheelworx (if you bought your bike there) that means you can get the edge 800 for €350.

A few tips here if you are buying from Rose (should cover cost of shipping). The same might apply to the other German sites but I haven't bought from them.

I'd add that if you're using bike24, make sure that you've changed the VAT option at the bottom of the page. I was caught out by that.

Just chatting to a mate of mine that works in Halfords (Blanchardstown) and he tells me they can do the Edge 500 with HR and cadence for €250. They have none at the minute, but might be able to get a few in before christmas if they got enough interest....for those of you still looking for them....
