i'd say maybe the first one or two orders might slip through. Could have been the picker in the warehouse that realised something was up when every second order had him returning to the shelf with the gtx 570 on it. I am sure when you work there you get used to the popularity of items and items on sale selling well etc. This would have grabbed his attention and a look at the price then would have confirmed it im sure.

Id imagine this should would have been identified last night when they saw the traffic on the item. Wouldnt be a great control if they relied on the fella in the warehouse to identify these errors.

Happens a good bit on sites so they all have good enough controls in place to manage this. Of course that didnt stop me putting my order in and hoping for the best!

Just hope they dont take too long to return my money as that was taken out of the girlfriends xmas present fund.

I sent them a mail last night asking if the price was a mistake or not. Just got this reply:

Thanks for informing us of the pricing error late last night,

We were just about to ship all the cards and it was only thanks to your email that we realised the pricing error and cancelled them all.

You've saved us a tonne of money so we're sending you two of the cards for free. But everybody elses is cancelled.

Spotted about about 15-20 of these Tevion TV brackets in Aldi in Bray the other day, priced about €24.50 each. May be of interest to some one here as they would do 23" VESA monitors.

No when i got the email to say we were not going to get one. I asked him if any managed to get out before they knew of the mistake.

I got the email earlier and my order status still says Preparation with no signs of it being cancelled as of yet.
Hopefully you do get it, since you were so nice to give all of us the same opportunity but it's still very unlikely.

Buy a bracket if you want, but their not essential. SSD's are so light you can just get a bit of double sided sticky tape and tape it to the inside of your case somewhere.
Just get a sata cable if you need one. 2 Sata cables for €1.50 here on ebay.

that's the problem with offers like this..most sites have flags up for huge demand spikes for items so it can be quickly checked.
Your best chance of getting one of these was put in your order and keep your mouth shut. Even telling one person is 1 too many.
