This was one of the best Raws for a long time. Sheamus vs Barrett and Hell No vs Bertie and Ziggler were top matches. Did anyone see the video of Del Rio tearing up a kids sign, heartless ****er.

Clearly Punk hit the wrong guy, at 30s in the clip below, you can see a guy in the grey shirt flip him and then smack him in the back of the head.

The kid in the Lesnar shirt was clearly shoving.

If I was on a computer right now, I'd find a gif of the Vince walk and post it here. Have a feeling Vince will be back for the next few shows now.

Sheamus and Barrett gained a nice chunk. That's a feud that should be planned out meticulously culminating in a big pay off, fans want to see it, especially the IWC. They could explore their early careers facing each other in Britain and Ireland and how they made it to the big time. The match they gave away on tv won't hurt because of the DQ finish.

I had wanted it to be left for WM season, but with ratings low and both guys needing a decent feud maybe it would be better to plan it for Survivor Series. Who knows if it caught fire it could carry on further.

Punk doesn't have eyes in the back of his either. If someone done the same to me in any situation they would get a dig straight away. What are we these days? Wrestling fans or PC Soap Fans?

The main event was top notch alright.

We're human beings, I hope. If someone pushes me from behind, I turn around to see what's happening. He deserves to have face criminal charges, simple as. It's assault guys.

They could have done a similar thing with Bryan/Punk aswell with ROH etc . Id love to see a Barrett and Sheamus rivalry

Well take into fact there is a cupla thousand round him, live tv, he is worried for his own safety. Supposedly he said he heard someone saying "Push him down the stairs". Totally 100% with Punk on this. But the guy who did get the dig does deserve a bit of compensation, no denying that. Maybe a bit of cash or a lovely signed Viscera DVD.
As they say in that song...."It was the heat of the moment...."

jesus christ, he hardly hurt the chap. I think its fantastic, unfortunate for the lad, but at the same time, as a wrestling fan, he must be delighted with all the attention etc. I'm sure he woke up the next day, no worse for the experience.

its good to have a bit of unpredictability and heat on the main heel in the company. Its probably all just a big work.

He speared the WWE champ, flung him over the announcer table and leapt after him, channeled Steve Blackman by wielding a kendo stick, daring Punk come and take back his belt, if he could.

He should have declared himself champ, just cos

I loved that segment, but that still niggles with me. Especially after Punk had made a point of how Vince was a pensioner earlier. Basically their champion got the **** kicked out of him by a pensioner, why should they expect people pay to see him fight after that?

I can forgive it if it's a standalone occurrence, but Vince should have a good ****-kicking coming his way soon to balance it out. Possible HIAC main event, actually?

If I punched you in the face "by accident", having thought someone else did it, what would you do?

    Vince McMahon/John Cena/Ryback vs. CM Punk/Brock Lesnar/ Paul Heyman

    Triple tag team match

of course it's a work, it just had to be something extreme like this to try get him heat from the smarks.
