    ziggler-tweet.jpg

    Soon after, Arnold thanked the cocky Superstar with this message:

    @Schwarzenegger:
    Good luck with that and enjoy the book @HEELZiggler. Appreciate the support.
    Cordial enough, right? But Mr. Money in the Bank wasn't quite as well-mannered in his response:

    @HEELZiggler:
    @Schwarzenegger hah relax brother, i don’t need luck & im not a fan, just a heads up, im on my way to being a much bigger STAR than you!

    Whoa! Strong words considering the former chief executive of California was named the World Box Office Champion by Mr. McMahon 13 years ago on SmackDown (WATCH ARNOLD). Apparently the T-101 felt the same way and chimed in appropriately:

    @Schwarzenegger:
    @HEELZiggler It's going to take more than reading my book. You better memorize it. Then do curls with it. Then you'll be 1% of the way there

    Mr. Money in the Bank wasn't phased. He continued to taunt the Hollywood legend with these words:

    @HEELZiggler:
    @Schwarzenegger whatevs! Youre living in the past! #OldNews IM the future & wrestling is like, the 5th best thing i do! SHOW-OFF

    But the man who claims he will "steal your girlfriend" (GET THE HOT SHIRT) didn't realize he'd just delivered some more ammunition to his new rival:

    @Schwarzenegger:
    @HEELZiggler I'd hate to see 1st-4th best things. You're right, you are the Show Off. Every time I see you I turn the show off.

    Major zinger from the one and only Kindergarten Cop! But Ziggler needs to keep in mind -- this isn't Conan O'Brien, it's Conan the Barbarian! And yet, further antagonizing:

    @HEELZiggler:
    @Schwarzenegger good one, NOT! you & the whole world can watch what i do @WWE #MondayNightRaw I STEAL THE SHOW...& you know the rest ;)

    Will The Showoff reveal when he plans to cash in this Monday on Raw? Will Schwarzenegger respond to Ziggler's latest tweet? Will Mr. Money in the Bank learn anything from Arnold's new book, "Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story"?

    Wonder will Arnie show up for around mania time.

    That show off zinger is fantastic.

    That show off zinger is fantastic.

    It is. Unlike Ziggler's 'Not' response. Someone needs to tell Dolph that one got old in the nineties!

    Schwarzenagger beat him pretty well there, but it's probably still pretty good anyway.

    It's probably just me, but Hogan almost sounds like a normal person there, a normal person trapped in a seriously f*cked up life, mind.

    An apology for Jingle All the Way and for rte constantly repeating Junior and Twins. Or is that too much to ask?

    5. Mr.McMahon will deliver
    (Yet Another) State of the WWE address!

    Schwarzeneggar as Social Media Ambassador would be nice if it wasn't for the fact they always tweet bland support of the faces. Larry King last week was embarrassing, I doubt he even wrote any of the tweets, suprised if he even watched Raw. It's good advertising for WWE but would be good if celebrities actually said something interesting.

    Frankie Boyle for WWE Social Media Ambassador. :D

    Anyone think we might see Cena as guest referee for Punk/Ryback at Hell In a Cell?

    sorry CMpunked, but gotta be said that may be the worst thread merge ever.

    Such was the clusterfúck of bolloxology last week, I'm actually looking forward to Cena tonight.

    I merged the thread from off-topic, aim your rotten tomatoes this way. It's also no coincidence this back & forth came up a few days prior to tonight's RAW, so it's relevant.

    :(

    I done nothing! I was as surprised as you! :pac:

    Wwe are pulling out the big guns tonight in the form of mcmahon, i hope he 'shakes things up again!'

    Shake things up by rehiring Big Johnny maybe?

    Two babyface authority figures dont work. One needs to be a heel. I wouldnt mind AJ being given a shot as a heel, but Big Johnny is tried and tested. Heyman would be good but will never happen due to Triple H. In kayfabe land he would never allow that given their recent history.

    I don't know if you saw RAW last week but AJ apologised for her actions towards Kaitlyn then laughed at her as it was a joke. So maybe a heel run for AJ is on the cards.

    A major nee historic change in WWE:
    Major fallout before Raw

    Vince McMahon was not in a good mood this afternoon to say the least. Brian Gewirtz after a decade plus was removed as head writer of Raw. He is still under contract as a consultant.

    Everyone is scared. Vince told the producers today, "I want results or I want resignations."

    He is credited for writing Rock's comedy back in the day and Cena's current day "comedy."

    Hmmm can't help but wonder if thats a HHH decision?
    A bit off topic but they said last night on Wrestletalk tv(I know not a great source) that Triple H would be getting even more control this month onwards, don't know where they heard that but can't remember hearing it myself. Is it true or BS?

    Could be right but I haven't heard anything to that effect.

    I would guess this is a USA network decision. You know when a series starts dipping in ratings they bring in new writers to freshen things up.

    Just remembered this guy is on the free market:

    Brian will never be an on screen character and way too inside. So no.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,013 ✭✭✭✭jaykhunter

    Remember when Russo was re-hired by WWE for a wet day? Was it "creative consultant" post that he turned down?

    Really warming to ryback.

    That was a useful start. Also helps that he cut cenas exit short

    Wonder will tonight's raw have little to no promos owing to the gerwitz situation.

    If he was ten years younger Vince would deck him.

    Vince from the 90's would never stand for this. And Vince now wont. Vince vs. Punk? I'm calling it now. Cena run in.

    ah well, that's happening anyway seemingly...

    Surprised there was no mention of Heyman and Vince's history and Heymans stance is quite confusing.
