    Ahhhh, well spotted this are things I hadn't even noticed, all my focus goes on the pictures, it's the whole thing of snooping around other people's house!

    To hold a slot on the website. Theres probably a fee per number of ads so he holds this ad open with silly details and changes them when he has a real property to advertise but doesnt have to pay a new ad fee.

    Yeah and if you use propertybee plugin for firefox you can see that sometimes they will change the details entirely on some ads so they don't have to pay for new ones
