Someone accidentally stood on my foot last night. With a lot/most of their weight pressing on my foot. Wearing heels. Relatively pointy heels. It hurt. A lot. And swelled up after. I still have a red mark from it. Ow.

I have now gone from not particularly liking heels* at all to strongly disliking them. :(

(*The shoes, not the part of your foot, just to clarify...)

Due to Trinity deleting the old portal before making sure the new one worked (it doesn't), I now have a bunch of timetable clashes that are preventing me from taking the modules that I had applied for and gotten. RAGE.

    I am so sick :(
Mam is shoving painkillers into me and covering me in all these creams for the aches in my shoulders and all the bruises on my arms and legs.
And I've a horrible flu and just feel like sh!t.
Thank god I'm not working this weekend 'coz I'm not physically capable of doing so.

So so tired after work today...I told myself I was gonna do all my homework tonight so I'd have tomorrow to study for the plethora of tests ahead of me but I have no energy. None. The fact that I was working last night too means my bag has been untouched so far this weekend too...bleh. This is not good, I'm thinking something's got to give but I don't want it to...so confused over what to do. :/

The Aircoach is aptly named in more ways than one - every fcuking time I'm on it there's some problem with the air conditioning and I end up getting blasted with cold air for three hours. Now I have a cold and my Lemsip's in Dublin, waaah.

Being at work 3 hours after coming home from a hen party is not exactly a joyful experience. On the upside it was a good night, and this Sunday morning work crap will alllll be over soon :D

I know I complain about this all the time but ugh, seriously getting sick of college because I'm 17. All my friends (ALL of them seriously) are going to some thing tomorrow and it looks so fun and they invited me, and I know they mean well but I wish people would fcuk off inviting me to these things when I can't go and they know it. Ugh. In such a bad mood. ~_~ I knew it'd be annoying being 17 in college but I didn't think it'd be this bad; I never have a whole lot of work to do for my subjects so I'm just left sitting inside and doing nothing, such a waste of time.

I feel terrible. I don't know why. It sucks being scared to ask your friend out, because you don't know whether he likes you or not. Aarrrrgghhhh. It's stupid. :(

I know I hate my course. I know the perfect course for me, Primary Teaching. However, I have to go back to School to do Honours Irish to be accepted into Primary Teaching next Autumn.. When should I just bite the bullet and face the fact that I made a huge mistake and am in the wrong course..

Tbh the sooner you do it the better and the less expensive it'll be in the long run. I knew early on I hated my course but gave it a year and a half, hoping it would get better but it didn't I could have saved myself a lot of time and money had I left sooner.

If you're truly set on doing it, then do it tomorrow morning.

There's no point spending any more time doing something you hate, and the longer you keep it up the unhappier you'll be and the harder it'll be to quit.

Not sure what college you're in, but I'm pretty sure some places will refund you part of your fees if you drop-out before a certain time.

Argh: Just feeling bleugh... headache's returned. :(

As of today, my iPod is now held together with Sellotape in two places. It's still under warranty but I can't get it repaired until I find some way of transferring all my music onto my computer. Having to rebuild it from scratch would destroy all of my remaining sanity. Damn you Apple!

On the bright side, it still works fine!

Watching Mumford and Sons at the iTunes Festival, and it's just reminded me that I hate people at gigs so much.

The amount of people trying to film the entire thing on their sh1tty iPhones is really irritating.

I use iPhone as a generic term in this instance. :P

In one sweeping crowd shot I definitely spotted a few S3's. :pac:

Arrrgghhh. My life feels so messed up right now. Two of my bestest friends are moving to the UK. Another few are pregnant and one is married, she's 18 like?... It feels stupid cuz I'm only starting college while most of my friends are finishing up or finished. It feels like I should be where they are, and I guess it just feels like I'm loosing everyone close to me. I'm delighted for them all, but it just feels like I'm missing out on some big part of life. And I'm only 19 like. :(

People take different paths in life, personally i wouldn't want to be settled down at such a young age. Count yourself lucky, you're young and carefree and can do all that sh*t in a billion years time.

I asked for less hours in work last week. Instead of doing the 28 hours I did last week, this week I'm down to do 4 days instead of three and will probably do about 35 hours. Damn you arthur's day, damn you to hell.

Why can no one in charge of the science classes count? I only had to hear that five classes were going to be in one module, and I could predict that the was going to be at least 70 of us and we would not fit in that room we were time tabled for. So why could no one organizing realize that one?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 73 ✭✭AvAv

Oh Chemistry lab people, just because you know so much from having done an undergraduate degree, does not mean you get to belittle me and my entire class for not understanding something.

If all 20 of us don't get it after a lecture of ye talking AT us and ye coming over and telling us to "look it at again", its possible that you are the problem, not us supposedly being lazy.:mad:
