    Unfortunately, I do think people will be wary enough to buy from DealBuzz in future if there is a chance, even if it's slim, of this happening again.

    Money was taken from card on Monday and the location / status of products was questionable - it did make me feel slightly uneasy.

    I ordered TV on Sat and just got full refund without asking. Im happy to get my money back anyway.

    Just got an email telling me i was refunded. Looks like everyone is.

    I got this email from DB last week when I questioned the WM special too good to be true deals.





    We have been on the phone to them about 20 times today and yes they are a
    reputable wholesalers that get their products directly from the
    manufacturer. We have sold 100's today and we all have a backlog for
    information.

    We ran a deal with them last week and all are already dispatched. They work
    with some of the larger Dealsites in the UK for years and I did get a
    reference from them.

    They are basically selling at cost as they themselves have sales targets and
    we have dramatically decreased the commission, so that we can offer a great
    deal to our customers

    No catch, just no profit

    I don't think the reply you got was appropriate as they haven't been doing business for more than a few months judging by anything i've seen online. They say above that they've been doing business for years. Their website has now had just about all content taken off it.

    I just think it was very naive of them to be tricked into running the deal and what they thought would be good publicity has now smacked them back in the face.

    We regret to inform you that we have decided to opt out of the deal with Wholesale Masters. This was decided by myself and the team as they failed to be able to provide us with tracking numbers for your purchase, which lead to our confidence in delivery being questioned.

    At all times our customers security of payments is of upmost importance and we have decided to refund everyone this morning for all deals provided by Wholesale Masters.

    I know a number of you will have questions regarding this, but I would ask for your patience in us responding as we do have a backlog of queries already, but issuing individual refunds has had to be our priority.

    I hope you all understand and appreciate our decision.

    Thanks for your custom and I hope you feel confident to do business with us in the future.

    Just checked my mail and got a refund too. Tv wasn't for me but my brother, I'm not impressed at all, he has been waiting all week for it to arrive, now I have to tell him!! Never buying from this website ever again :mad:

    Tesco have the same tv for €250. At least the label says its the same model, I got the display model as they had none in stock (getting more in this weekend) and it seems to be an older model.
