The TV and Laptop deals have expired now. I am guessing the vouchers are automatically sent out when the timers ends, that is why.

But it points to the fact that people were buying vouchers, not laptops.

We knew this all along though, didn't we? That is what is says on the dealbuzz site. It also says there is no need to redeem the voucher.

If it goes tits up and Janine refunds everyone the money, I'll put the blame squarely on Wmasters tbh..

She appears to be doing everything in her power.

She does in fairness to her, even offering to pick up the items to allay some of the doubts.

If it does go tits up, the way its handled from there should be what we judge it on. If i dont get my TV, i'll be happy enough to get my money back. at least i tried...

    Didnt ask-just received this email:

    "Hello Customer,

We have requested delivery codes for Royal Mail for the Television's that
you ordered from the merchant Wholesale Masters and they haven't come back
to us with them as they promised yesterday.

Therefore as your payment was secure in our Business Paypal Account we have
    issued you an immediate refund.

We are very sorry and are very disappointed that this has happened, but our
customers payments are of upmost importance.

If you have any questions, do feel free to come back to me, & I'll get back
to you as soon as possible

    Kind Regards

    Janine Meehan"

Best of luck to everyone else!!

I'm confused, why did you get a refund? Is your tv still not on it's way with the different tracking code?

Maybe you should contact an post and ask them if they have any more information for the tracking number. Maybe they have a weight of the package in their system or where it was delivered to..

Or maybe they just sent you the wrong tracking number :o.

Enjoy your free HDMI cable anyways :)

I'll mail Janine later on and ask... would like to know what it was. Maybe she just got tired of the bad press and no contact back from them. easier to just call the whole thing off i guess...

back to telly shopping for me i guess :(

If anyone is trying to get in contact or purchase a product, we have just been informed about problems with our external server provider Blacknight, see below. We have noticed no activity into our email server since 2am last night, so apologies for any inconvenience caused

    mail.blacknight.com weekend daytime downtime notification
    By Paul Kelly on Friday July 27 2012 08:27 TrackBacks (0)Comments (0)
Summary: From 22:00 Friday night until 23:00 on Sunday night there will be a number of outages on the mail cluster. We'll attempt to keep these to a minimum with an hour of down time here and there.

    What:

This weekend we plan to move the existing mailstore that mail.blacknight.com is currently using. In order to facilitate a smooth transition over to the new mail system we have to make a number of changes and timelines are tight as the old system is almost out of capacity. We've built new storage which has 4 times more drives and 8 times more storage with 10GigE fibre channel connectivity.

In advanced we have done a restore of the data to our DR box. We have rsynced it to the new location to an new ext4 (newer file system with better performance). In addition to this at time night we have been rsyncing from the live store to the new storage node to refresh the data and delete files that were already downloaded, trashed etc.

Tonight starting at 22:00 we're doing the final sync, once it complete's we'll be shutting down imap, pop, smtp and webmail services.

We don't have an ETA for the completion of the final sync. We might shutdown mailservices to allow it to complete faster. We _will_ post updates here with information as it becomes available. We'll announce on twitter / facebook that we're taking services offline for brief periods before we do it. So keep an eye on http://www.facebook.com/blacknight and http://twitter.com/blacknight for these updates before you post a ticket telling us the mail servers are offline.

Did you ever even have the TVs in stock in the 1st place or not???

Because you seem to have wasted alot of peoples time here with this complete farce.

Come on now, tell us the truth here.

They (dealbuzz) never held stock. That was always clear. Whosalemasters are the gangsters in this instance. There will be repercussions for DB though. Luckily, refunds seem to be processing for folks which I personally would be thankful for.
