Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Standings as they are now and the playoff tables...
so would I be right saying that Tipperay Bulldogs and The Poontown PussyCats should be automatically promoted as they are the top two seeds and should be joined by whoever scores more between FatGav's Fatties and Mighty Pigs and in the other game Emerald Shams and Steeling the Steel.... as those should have been the wildcard games this week......
relegated should be Snue Gliffers, Blue Bloods, The Klique and Moyross Piebalds as they are the bottom 4 ranked teams...
that's what would have happened if we had the same rules as all the other boards leagues isn't it0 -

It all depends, I'd expect some drop-outs in the higher divisions and even more in the lower ones with more first-timers. It's not an exact science, there's scope for alot of the mid-table D4 teams to be D3 teams next season.0 -

Honestly I think just one big league table is fairer, it's tough on both of us - with 8-6 records - seeing a team win a division and be seeded 4th with a 7-6-1 record.0 -

somehow looked at Conacht wrong there - for some reason scanning over the table 8-5-1 somehow seems slightly worse than 8-6-0
just like the pro's I suppose when ya looks at the NFL West :pac: still though if I was getting into the playoffs like that I wouldn't be complaining... just the way the ball rolls when your getting put in a division.. just gotta hope for a stroke of luck0 -

Yeah, it would come down to the question do you want your fantasy league to mirror the eccentricities of the NFL itself or not, I can see cases for both.0 -

Yeah we just spotted the mistake in time ! I think @johnmcdl has the details taken for who finished where at the end of the regular season. Should be able to do the playoffs using those standings and individual scores by week. Its important to do the consolation tournament aswell incase a lot of teams get promoted due to people not returning to higher divisions next year

Ok, so what's going on? Haven't been on the forum ina while but have been doing my fantasy team.
Havent played the fantasy nfl before so don't fully know the end of season rules, All I know is that according to my NFL team, tipp bulldogs, I won my wk16 game and thanks to having no rb's I'm losing wk17.
So did the league finish last week or what? Seriously confused but watching tebow play is cheering me up!0 -

as for what should have happened.. if I get time I'll try to give it a go to sort out what should have happened but don't be holding yer breaths waiting on it 0 -

I think - I think this is what should have happened...
as for the bye weeks and didn't field full strength team etc etc etc
In week 15 Emerald Sham's subs were worse than the starters so substitutions wouldn't have mattered... and Tipperary Bulldogs defo didn't have 60 odd points lying around so..
In week 16 steeling the steel could have only got another 9 points so would still have lost even with substitutions
I think that's how it should have worked out but if I made a mistake I'll hold my hands up...0 -
