    ****ing rain...

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,412 ✭✭✭andyseadog

actually no, i cant leave it at that...

its been raining all last week, literally every day. honestly its rained in Arklow anyway every single day since i got home from my holidays on June 19th. its getting weary now tbh.

was dry this morning and i for one am glad to see its pissing down rain again now, because the ground was getting dry and we couldn't have that.

half my car is waxed and buffed, the other half is rained on and getting progressively more rained on as we speak.

that combined with having to deal with this ****ing twit everyday for the last week powerhosing the moss off of his roof is driving me mad. his daily purpose in life seems to be to cover my car in a mild mist of moss, bird**** and water... is so annoying trying to wash the car or buff it, with him ten meters away and two meters overhead washing his **** into my airspace.

Back today from spending the last week driving around 2000km in Norway in a Skoda Fabia STV estate type thing which I only had to put daysul in twice. Gawd it's great to be back in the RX8 - feckin' floored it coming out of the driveway this afternoon :o

Norway is awesome though. Highly recommend it for a few days driving, especially between Bergen and Trondheim. You very rarely get to go over 80km/hr though, aside from the odd bit of motorway around Oslo. There's also an epic newly repaved 200km+ stretch of road between Trondheim and Oslo (the 3, not the E6) that I loved especially since it was nice and quiet :D

I like the 2 door version in the older model. Did the model you have come in 2 door?

Hmm Mr and Mrs SH had a fight I see!! "It's either the car or me". The obvious choice won :D

nah. i was in very big party. my best friends mothers 60th birthday, there were like 30 people with live music, so not much space in the house. i was really really drunk so i just grabed my dog and jumped in to the back seat and passed out. :o
there was bed ready for me and misses in other house, but i did not wanted to go as "taxi traveling" would upset my stomach. :o

space on the rear seat is shocking. MY all body in pain after such sleep.

MCMLXXV: nope, my one is new age. only classics came in coupes. so it was only sedan/hatch

I don't feel your pain. I can fit an inflatable matress into the back of mine and sleep like a prince in her.

Comes in handy for steep weddings :D
