    G'Afternoon all.

    I hate it when work meetings just drag on and on, especially when they go into my lunch hour :(

    Anyhow, my weekly cinema outing is upon me so on this thread and a few friends recommendations I'll head up to the Light House and catch The Raid before I rush off to training.

    What a beautiful day! :)

    Went for a nice walk earlier, going to go for another one later. My foot is killing me though, quite badly infected from Saturday! Oh well, I'm doing all the right things and I am not going to sit inside on a day like today just because of a sore foot! :D
