Just wondering if the ESB are still running these apprenticeships? If so where do you apply. Cannot find information on their site.

No, it depends on how you performed, eg: whether or not you're color blind etc. :pac:

Guys not sure if you are aware but there are fantastic job opportunities for qualified Linesmen in Australia - Irish company One World Resourcing assist you through the whole process - i completed my apprenticeship and am heading out in January to Australia - company paid for the relocation including visa, flights, shipment of belongings and also giving me accomodation and car hire for the first 3 weeks + will be earning circa $100k. Its a great deal - i know they still have more roles available and their client is coming from Australia to Dublin in 2 weeks looking to interview more candidates..

I had an interview with the esb and was called bck for a medical last week which i also passed, do you reckon that means i have the job now or is there still a good chance of not getting it, also if i did get the job are the first 6 months training still down in portlaoise?
