I know it will come as a shock to some but I'm falling out of love with the old silver fox, Peter Mathews. He is doing waaaaaaay too much licking up to Enda and FG.

As Bill Cullen would say "Why are your liathróidí Peter?".

Who will your silver fox of 2012 be?

I have a feeling that the real Peter Matthews is locked in the basement of Fine Gael HQ and this one on Vinnie's show is a pre-programmed robot.

Michael Martin quoting self confessed LIAR Sarah Carey to support his case.. Her evidence should be considered inadmissible in any context...

It seems that the FF spin-doctor line on all the corruption stuff is "I was only in school at the time" where applicable. Michael McGrath came up with more or less the same line on The Frontline last night.

Would you blame her, she probably saw what Vinny did to Timmy Dooley last night.

Can someone explain the Heineken ad to me.
Is it just "guy likes beer more than woman".

She's very cagey about Sheehan. She was on the Sean Moncrieff Show last week and she wouldn't even answer his question about where they met, as if we give a s**t.

I think she is right, she is a politician and he is a political editor so it is awkward. It would be easier for her to talk about her husband if he was a solicitor or salesman.

Conor CLEAR has presented the weather for the past two days, and there hasnt been a cloud in the sky either day... coincidence? I think not..

It was a fairly light-hearted interview. If she'd answered his question straight away he would have just moved on, but she seemed so obstinate and belligerent about giving an answer, she didn't do herself any favours.
