One thing I've learned over countless years is that todays schite is tomorrows classic.
In twenty years time there might be a musical based on Lady gaga's music.

And certainly in twenty years time you'll hear "Put A Ring On It" and say "ahhh they don't write songs like that anymore I remember exactly what I was doing when that was on".

Didn't read the whole thread so maybe this has been mentioned but there aren't any songs really that would make me change but one thing i can't stand is when they play stupid prank calls.

there is one on iradio at the minute that as soon as i here the first words i have to change over. the smugness of the dj just makes me want to vomit.

Also kids singing etc annoys the ****e out of me!

I've recently discovered that most modern chart music annoys me near to the point of anger. TV in my Uni's SU is always on chart channels and most of it is just heavy kick drum, heavy bass line and some drivel about sex or being on a dance floor, repetative derivative bollocks.
