    Good first session back after an extended hormonal normalization exercise.

    Shocked with the cleans and front squats. In a good way. 3 days left on TSH.

    Rows were good.

    MetCon was far easier than expected since I'd not done much recently. Will add reps in next time.

    Did 1/2 of one of gymfreak's sprint blocks with her. I can move decently quick for a fat bloke. Again it wasn't balls out, just a gradual increase in volume.

    Started dieting today too. GISFTW.

    15 minutes of skipping tonight...

    10 minutes of 30/30 off averaging 60+ per round.

    5 minutes of messing about. Managed a crossover.. Few double unders... 10+ on each leg... Few 15+ alternating legs too.

    Attempting to fix the glaring flexibility issue in my left hamstring x15 minutes

    Spend a while warming up, foam rolling and mobilizing my t-spine today cos I was feeling very stiff. Was well worth it via training went well.

    Cleans we're decent. But hit and miss but I was a lil tired an apathetic anyway so glad to get some decent volume in.

    Front squats were class. Went real well. Tough like , but good.

    Bench was solid as hell.

    Weighted inverted rows were good (happy Barry?!). The 15kg was a bridge too far honestly. I'll stick w/ volume at 5-10 for now. Need more total sets next time.

    Metcons were real good. The med ball slams are class. Tabata intervals are MINGIN'. No timing/distance assessment, just going as hard as possible. HR averaged 177bpm/90% and max'd at 183bpm/93%.

    Sorry. Misunderstood. Thought you were getting ready for a photoshoot. Winter you say? I forgot about that...you have winter. I will check in again...I am busy here drinking beach drinks out in the middle of the French Pacific in the Isle of Pines...some of my friends had the vomitting bug this morning...I don't think winter was the cause though.

    First day back after the plague. Ming'n.

    Bodyweight stuff's obviously easier. Cleans are in the can. Have this weird right side mobility/activation going on. Maybe i had a stroke during my plague. Totally throwing me off. Think I'm gonna break my clean right back down and drill good tekkers with light weight for a few weeks. Front squats were miserable too. TSH is looking grim.

    Starting to bring some core element into each session. Rows were good... will just up reps next time.

    For the laugh, every szechuan in the gym from now on is gonna include biceps and triceps for.... the next 3 months. Some berate me if I forget.

    Don't have any feelings one way or the other...actually don't care in the slightest. I am actually just curious? What the diffence between these and the five toe things? Tell me more?
