    A challenge has been laid at my doorstep by a certain poster.

    The wager is that I can't get through the 7 mile group run on Saturday without talking...not a word, nada. Challenge accepted and I apologise in advance if I seem rude by not talking to anyone :D

    Nules you are going down girl, this will be the easiest bet I've won in a while :p

    Run with the group and I WIN :D. 7 whole miles of no talking and it was bloody torture. Never again. Thanks to Angela for her support but to Nules, RK and Xebec...ha, ha :p

    Cycle - Turbo Session: Hills

    As mentioned above I collected on the bet last night so was slightly ropey hopping on the turbo. Nothing like a good turbo session to sweat the drink out of the system - you'd think sense would come with age!
    Good hill session to get the legs and heart going

    Time: 60 mins
    Dsitance: 24.15
    Avg Speed: 24.15
