Beat him, buy the crest from Andre the Blacksmith (20k souls)... Use it: Be happy :)

I bought that crest and was exploring, spoke to a cat and got a ring. Anyway, was looking around and was summoned to another players world to protect the forest, met the guy as he was heading back for the exit and killed him. :D

    Wasn't expecting that.

also where do i go when i pass the taurus demon ?

i know i have to go undead parish next ?? just how to get there

i also half focked my drakes sword banging it 2 handed off the ground :p , where to repair ? even though i have some items in my inventuary to fix weapons i think, i can also buy something for 3000 from the dude in the undead burg for fixing items, is this a 1 time item or unlimited.

sorry for all the questions :o

As F1ngers said, you run along the bridge trying to get down the steps while avoiding the dragons fire (but you mention the Drake Sword so assume you done this already). Head along the bottom of the bridge, kill the 2 Hollows and walk along the narrow path to the left and into the small door with 3 rats. There is a ladder in the corner, at the top is Undead Parish.

You can either pay the 3000 for the repairbox, which opens a "Repair Equipment" menu when resting at a bonfire, but its only 2000 from the smith at the end of Parish, and he sells boxes that allows weapon + armour upgrades when at bonfires too. There is another smith below Firelink Shrine, take the path down beside the bonfire and there is an elevator. Down the steps and go right and a guy is in a cave beside some steps on the cliff edge. Would go here and reinvest any souls into levelling for now.

will put in a few hours agin tonight, i am a pyromancer, how will i get the trainer out of the barrel , when i get that far, without annoying/killing him ?

You can get him out of the barrel by just hitting it once. I think he said 'ow' or something when i broke the barrel, but didn't attack me. Just use a crap weapon/fists, and do a light attack.
Any advice on how to kill the bell gargoyle?

Summon another player? I managed to kill him solo, but it was tough. Just focus on the 1st guy. Draw him away from the fire breathing guy, and just try to blitz him down. Once there's only 1 of them, it gets a lot easier.

I don't have Xbox live so is it possible to summon an NPC, like that sunlight person you meet just before the dragon in the Undead Burgh and if so, how?

There's a stairs to the right of the capra demon entrance, go down there and use the key.

    Uber cheap Farming
Got my 20k together to open that door in the forest and proceeded to fight the mage guy, all of a sudden i saw a priest heading over and i got attacked from nowhere and i saw the outline of an assassin so i got the f*** out of there and ran to the corner by the stairs to heal up and i couldn't believe all 3 ran up the stairs, tried to jump on me and basically fell off the cliff, a very handy 6k souls. Basically kept doing this and found a brigand up further for an extra 1k souls. Went from lvl 30 to about 42 and got my winged spear and halberd to +5. I was initially wondering what the "happiness" sign at the corner was.

Went back to the asylum last night. Fecksake why didn't they have the rusted ring in demons souls for 5-2.

What a find, thanks lad :D

Im pretty sure you cant summon him on every boss, or summon him near the start of an area. I saw his sign 3 times and they where all near bosses: Gargoyles, Gaping Dragon, Orstein & Slough. You also have to be Human to see said sign...

No need to worry about hitting him, just roll through all the barrels.

Strength and Dexterity, usually a higher strength requirement on bows but the dexterity gives a far higher attack bonus per point.

Is Capra Demon supposed to be really tough, I managed to get him on my first try, without me even knowing I was walking into a boss fight :p

And for anyone having trouble with the curse frogs, to get two cures easy
Go back to the Undead Asylum, and drop a cracked red eye orb in the crows nest.

Wow, nice one for the artoria crest info.
I was lvl 35, couldnt even beat spider witch boss, raged, got the 20k, farmed in darkwood, now im 50 and she was no problem at all. Also the fights in there were really fun, 1v1, dodging, parrying and all. Raged at first not being able to target those ghosty guys.

Being honest, it's all the better for the online aspects of the game.
    It is a unique experience.

For example, I joined a covenant in a forest earlier and got a ring, while I was wearing that ring I was summoned to another players world, who was an enemy of the covenant I was in and it was my duty to kill said perpetrator.
Killed ~3 and got my ass handed to me by ~8.
    Got indicted too...:D

You can also summon people to aid you in boss battles as well as invading another person just to fuck them over in their world.

When you invade as a black phantom you are impervious to ALL the enemies in that world, but the person you invade is not, so they have to deal with the enemies in their world AND you. :D

    TL;DR, Yes.

I'm playing without xbox live, simply can't justify a sub as I don't use the bloody thing ( although anyone with a spare trial can send one my way.....) and I'm still loving it.

The online aspects are great, but the core of the game is single player anyway. You'll miss out on certain things (ghosts, invasions etc...) but you'll still have a hell of a good time. Definitely worth it.

You should have the Cracked Red Eye Orb already, I do and we seem to have been in about the same places in this game as each other.

EDIT: IIRC the orbs were at the Firelink Shrine

I bought an 3-month xbox live sub, just for this game. As a PC-only player I was worried it wouldnt be worth it or that i may not like the game. But it was totally worth it for the price of 60 euro for game and sub. Most fun ive had in a game in a long time and an extremely unique experience. The multiplayer isn't the be all and end all, as most of the game is just you fighting your way through the world. But it really adds to the game in a completely original way.

    GOTY

I keep getting Humanities for nothing tonight. I must've gotten 5+

My gauge has been permanantly at 1 for the last few hours despite dying every 15mins!

Is this some online thing like with the bonus flasks when someone else uses the bonfire you're near?

Can't remember, but I recollect opening about 3-4 treasure chests in the area. I was just exploring and found 4 orbs. Have 3 left as I traded with Snuggly for the cure to being cursed.

I put in an hour and a half or so tonight. I managed to end up worse off in the end than when I started.
