edit: someone did mention it, alternatively being a man and buying products for women;
tampons,
breast pump for breast feeing women,
nipple pads for breast feeding women,
underwear/tights,
top it off with a bottle of whiskey for strange looks, or buy nappies for a toddler or adult with the above items

I remember I had to do some shopping for my Scuba Diving club on a weekend away, I had to pop back to the shop and get the following:

1) Baby powder (used to get dry suits on)
2) Vasaline (also used for diving equipment)
3) Ciggs
4) Bottle of Whiskey

The shop was in a fairly quiet town, but the look on the shop assisants face was priceless

Besides from buying condoms, I feel very embaressed whenever I buy scented candles or toilet paper:o

I have a friend who was once embarrassed about buying condoms. To show him how it wasn't a big deal, I told him I'd go into Tesco and get condoms and a cucumber. The conversation progressed and ended up with me and another friend buying a big box of condoms, a butternut squash, big tub of vaseline and glow-in-the-dark handcuffs, all while walking around holding hands and acting as camp as is humanly possible.
Many strange looks were given!
