I dont see any T&C as to if its USA only but I have applied and it looks like it worked - Just going to wait now and see if it arrives

Their FAQ says

Yup, still working fine.

EDIT: seems that when I went to paypal it was still looking for 5 dollarydoos. Went back to the page again and got Coupon code "jla24Free" is not valid.

EDIT2: Just ordered. If you select pay with points, you don't have to put any details for paypal etc in. The order just goes through. Thanks OP.... I guess. I don't think I will ever use these
