Might have a faster 5km time but I actually think ur 5km time is a little soft (I am sure meno will agree here) given ur pace at the longer distance of 10 km.... Ur well capable of a sub 20 without breaking too much of a sweat.0 -

To be honest.... You are not getting anywhere near this... Dude you lSR training runs are faster than some of my fartlek and speed sessions... **** you would be looking to go sub 30 minimum for this....I will be lucky to get 34.... on a good day! :P

I am reading this thread for the first time. It both pleases and upsets me to be an unwitting party to your childish antics. I am glad that I am comfortable in my losing skin. Personal Mr Motivator to blame for dragging me down the slippery slope to racing ruin!
I have also found myself with sunburn that could be mistaken for the belief that I'm now a permanent wearer of pink compression socks after Clontarf...it's not a good look. It could be seen as some sort of sympathy for Digdig - his sorry a5s having been whipped by mrslow in Cork and Dunshaughlin!! :eek:
