    I like to touch tattoos without knowing.

    I've often found myself rubbing or tracing around the tattoos of guys I'm with. I never even realise until they point it out to me!

    Meh.. I genuinely haven't thought about mine in weeks, I always forget I have it. Some of the response on here are classic though.. The hatred is so irrational and I know exactly who I'd rather have a pint with.

    I instantly dislike people that get a massive crest of their team tatooed on them. Looks awful tacky and makes you look like you belong in the film Green Street.

    Now the cast of Lord of the Rings got tatoos in elvish after the film, thats cool, if not a bit nerdy :pac:

    God i fúcking hate these threads, it shows up once a week. People post the same responses, "Oh they'll look ridiculous when youre older" No they wont because everyone my age will have one when im 65+.

    Lol that must be quite common so, a few women ive been with have always done that to they wouldnt notice it, but I would theyd always go for the areas were I have tattoos to rub (and no I dont have one on my co,ck)

    I don't feel brave enough to get one, but I think they can look quite cool on some people. It depends on who has it and what the design is. I don't like colour tattoos, or ones that are too big or in really visible places. A girl I know has a really tasteful tattoo of a feather on the side of her stomach. It's black and white, and it's a drawing she did herself. It's really, really nice. It looks good, and it's not really vulgar or in your face. Tattoos like that, I like.

    depends on the tattoo, the person and where it is really, stuff that looks like a prison tat or the MAM/DAD things, tacky as fcuk. Something individual thats well drawn and means something is cool, wouldnt put me off someone, some girls can look sexy as hell with them

    Saw an old guy with one and it looked like the ink had run really bad. Does this generally happen with time or is it just a bad tattoo?

    Oh, some are ok but alot just look cheap and tacky.

    Tattoos are personal choice and personal preference.

    Personally, I think tattoos CAN look good. I have none myself and the reason being is that I just can't commit to something being on my body for the rest of my life. I like the idea but i don't want to end up regretting it.

    I have friends who on both ends of the spectrum-

    Have their bodies tattooed all over and never regretted it
    Had a few small tattoos and wish they had never done them

    Bottom line is some people like the idea and will enjoy them, other people won't. Everything is subjective and just because you think someone with tattoos doesn't look good doesn't mean you won't have someone who does. Personal choice, personal preference just like everything else in this world. The difference is you can't get rid of them :P If someone wants to commit to it, it's their choice and if they look stupid, then they look stupid, however, it may be just to you :P Live and let live :)

    I got one last year, I'm 35 and was thinking of getting it for about 10 years, I love mine, glad I got it. I 'm the only one in my bunch of mates who has one, and my mates mostly admitted they actually like it, and they are a sneery bunch a' bast**ds and would be the first to say it was ****e- wife loves it too..
