    Nice pitch! Great percentage golf.

Monty speaking like it's his player in the Ryder Cup.
Montys never won a major(unbelievably), so any European winner is now him(in his dreams).

course looking somewhat firmer.... wonder what stimp greens are today?

they were aiming for 14 - 14.5 this week... nowhere near that obviously.

Thank you, I was just coming in to ask that.

no3 at 22, that would be some achievement.

Even when Monty isn't talking, he bugs me!
Just knowing he's there, about to make a cringey comment gets me wound up.
When he says something I agree with, I like myself a little less.
Slightly off topic but he supports rangers so that means I instantly dislike him. Also, how can a Scottish man have such a blatantly English accent?

apparently they were running in the low to mid 13's this morning according to a USGA guy I saw on the golf channel earlier on.

McIlroy didn't hold back with that swing.
Surely he should just tip away and not be too aggressive.

Think he is trying to aim for the best all the time, and not suffer the Masters again.

McIlroy's pitching has been decent enough.

Garrigus putter really is hilarious. I thought Barry Lanes putter was short!

Yeah, after the Masters he said that he went out on the final round trying to defend rather than play his own game

Westwood playing cracking golf on the back 9. feeding off Jacobson id say

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,105 ✭✭✭bigtimecharlie

McDowell has to be happy with his defence. Some of his rounds in the build-up had been shockers (81 R3 in Wales etc).
