Firstly, you're just assuming that people who had houses built for them by Niall Mellon were involved, or else you consider them to have been involved merely because they're from the same place/share the same skin colour. Yes it is something done in an African country by African people and is a societal problem, but you base it on them being African/black, despite the millions of black Africans who AREN'T like that and who suffer because of it...

Nothing whatsoever - that's exactly my point. Blame should of course be apportioned on the basis of behaviour, no matter what skin colour.
