Unless someone can correct me, and I don't mind that.. that Mini is not a Cooper (fixed rear windows suggest it's a Sprite) and it's a 92 model at the latest (bonnet release in grill).

Its a Jap import unless that would make a difference

Not so much a classic car as much as a classic box. Part of a shed roof today.

Love it ! Apparently it was very common practice for CKD crates to become sheds, this one must have been weatherproofed better than most!

Yep, the owner of the house worked in a Datsun dealers in Kerry back in the day and got the packing crates for free, i was sorely tempted to cut that section out with my stanley knife..
He got a great kick out of the fact i still have some Dattys.

The doors of my Grandads Machinery Shed were made from renault packing crates, I'm fairly sure they are still the same doors since the late seventies, altho some sheet metal went over them in the 90's

Bought this for my dad at christmas (as his previous 1990 orion was stolen & burned out:mad:) it has 78,000miles but it was in a kinda sorry state when we picked it up, we done the clutch, front brakes, rear shoes, cylinders & pipes, rear bushings, full service parts, new goodyear tyres, fuel pump.....its pretty good mechanically now, need to get a few small dings & scrapes sorted now to have it looking good, here's a pic & one of it parked beside my 325 cab
