Found a condom still in its wrapper in the wardrobe of one place I moved into, it was hiding under a packet of tissues that the girl living there beforehand didn't bother taking with her.

Kleenex and a condom, it was like a small discount off my deposit, result!

I was working for a guy who was redeveloping a site that had a house on it. Part of my job was to make accurate survey drawings of the house.

An old woman had lived there (and I think died there too) previous to the guy owning it and all the decorations fixtures and fittings in the house appeared to be from the 50’s a lot of her stuff was still in the house.

Anyway I was taking measurements of all the rooms of this big rundown place when I came to a bedroom on the first floor. I walked into the room at it had literally hundreds of religious statues in it. These varied in size from a 5 foot statue of the virgin Mary to two inches ones of random saints and they were all over the room. There was no bed just all these statues. The room had tattered curtness over the windows and the lights didn’t work so it was quite dark.

That place freaked me the hell out.

Found 3 CD-R discs hidden in the back of my cupboard in a tiny flat I stayed in.

Put them in the laptop to see what was on them and was subjected the finest of grainy 80's amatuer Russian porn. Complete with big hair, awful fashion and carpets used as wallpaper in someone's front room.

Oh, also remembered a mate who was cleaning his house when he was moving out at the end of college.

His housemate had left his own room in a kip so they had to clean it themselves. Amongst the rubble in the wardrobe they found something quite odd and at first didn't fully understand what it was......
