A is the Reader - well done. There is one more movie to guess then it is your turn.
Movie B was made in 1979.

Well you got the tricky one right so it's up to you !

    Movie B -
There is an argument around whether or not Movie B was commercially successful. It did not do as well as planned but apparently made money in the long run.

It makes it easier if you put the picture url in [ img ] tags - there is a post a few pages back explaining how.

Correct . A is France ( i seem to have a thing about war movies set in France) Very recent, French movie done in a more hollywood style and thus a certain loss of accuracy

    Yes Indeed

    ok here are 2 more

    Movie A

This is not a WW2 movie - it's a movie with the beginning set in WW2 - the beginning is an integral part of the movie and the first 30 mins or so are ww2. (not a serious historical movie)

    attachment.php?attachmentid=144074&d=1295397076

    Movie B - v. easy one !

hell is for heroes with the one and only Steve M.

The other one is nagging me

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 9,273 ✭✭✭Morlar

As mentioned A is not really a war movie as such, the chaos of the war plays a big part in the earliest part of the movie. After that it's a revenge kind of film.

Here are 2 more pics for A

    144077.jpg

    144078.jpg

Hell is for heroes is correct - excellent movie and actor :)
