The jersey by itself is the sex. I'd put it up there alongside the Bears orange numbered throwback. The pants and helmet combo was a bit hideous though.

Wrong, wrong, wrong. The throwback jersey looks awful. :(

I thought they looked good... anyway back to reality.

Chad Clifton suffered knee damage and concussion after the 49ers game.

TJ Lang set to step in if #76 not ready.

Packers wouldn't be as strong without Chad.

Rogers out for the 2nd half... Pack not going well.

A very low scoring game, 7-3 to the Lions at the end. But it took a lot of injuries, 11 losses and for Rodgers to be consussed before the Lions could beat us. I'm sure there aren't many Lions fans thinking that they had an amazingly deserved win tonight. They got lucky, incredibly lucky.

I don't think it's fair to say they got incredibly lucky. They were playing with their 3rd string QB so, like us last week, the Packers were the lucky team before the game started.
Stanton obviously had more time than Flynn to prepare but he's still a 3rd stringer.
You need a running game, the Lions had it and the Packers didn't. They deserved to win imo.

Next weeks game is huge for ye now. A loss and a bears win will give us the division.

Yep and in fairness the Lions only lost by 2 points in the game in Green Bay with their second string QB earlier in the season.

Agree as well, Packers diabolical, Lions played much better on the night.

The one frikken thing the didn't need to do,they did.

Threw ints. in scoring positions, it was always going to be low scoring after the first half, so not to come away with at least three in those situations was disasterous...

3 frikken FGs would have won the thing.

Looks like Matt Flynn did well last night, but couldn't get it done.

Need a favor from the Vikes!!!!

Have to disagree there, flut. Flynn did his bit and got the job done. Diabolical tackling, especially on the KR, cost the Pack dearly. Still, 2 wins will give them a wildcard spot.

No, not criticising the lad, only saw the highlights and indeed what you say is spot on...tackling is less than decisive to put it mildly and this has been a niggling problem all season..

Haven't had time to bone up on playoffs...but if two wins get a wildcard, that has made my day.

Two home games in Lambeau should be worth two wins.

worth pointing out that winning those two could well set up packers @ bears in wild card weekend!

As they say... The playoffs start next week for the Pack!!

What an exciting two weeks for the packers. Can get some revenge for 07 next week and stop the bears from sweeping the division while entering the playoffs. Just have to find a pub showing the packers game on St.Stephens night now :pac:

I would say wish for a deep, bone-chilling cold to greet Eli and company this week (not a very far-fetched notion in late December Green Bay), but remember the last time the Giants came to town it was negative 3 degrees Fahrenheit with a wind-chill of negative 35 and Eli played a heck of a game (and Brett not-so-much). Go Pack Go!

I'd prefer a deep bone chilling hit from BJ Raji which would blend Mr Manning into the Lambeau turf.

Preferably on the Giants first possession.

Flutterin: being the classy Packer Backers that we are, we certainly wouldn't want any devastating hits from Raji to cause any tremendous harm or injury to Eli. Perhaps he would need to be taken out of the game for strictly "precautionary" reasons.

We certainly wouldn't want to happen to Eli what Brett had to endure the other night against Da Bears:

Terrific display by the 'Pack last night.

Tonked the Giants good and proper.

Have to be pickey though... Giants were poor, Pack stuffed the run early on and forced their hand.

DD catch was the game breaker in my opinion... guy still has it.

Brandon Jackson... good guy, but...he is neither a North-South runner or an East West runner.Doesn't seem to be able to build up any kind of torque.

    #30 knows only one way
    straight.

Bears will be dangerous.... Forte is a load a ,fcuking strong load so must be contained. Remember him

Cutler is good.... depends a lot on the Bears attitude.

Come on the Pack! Beat the Bears next week and give the Eagles the bye!! Pretty please...

Very impressed with your lot last night though. Just watched the full game there and ye beat the Giants in very phase. Impressive work, i'd be happier avoiding your lot in the playoffs.

Packers Bears in Lambeau next week. A win for the Pack will more than likely set up a return game in Soldier Field the following week. That'd be amazing to watch.

Watch out for Forte and Johnny Knox.... shackle those two mo-fos:D

Great win. I've only seen gameday highlights but bar that comeback by Giants from 14-0 down we looked in control.
I got to say I'm super pissed SNF is not showing Packers Bears game. I maybe biased but that is the obvious game to show. Whomever wins in NFC West is going out in the wildcard round. Pack and Bears are have the rivarly and much bigger contenders to make a deep run in post-season. It also screws me as I am in Asia and was hoping to see Packers live Monday morning.
    Hopefully catch a replay somewhere.

It's hard for me to say much about the game as not seen a full game in weeks but hopefully we can pull it out.

I can tell you it won't be easy.

Saw the Bears v the Jets on the early 1800 Sky game last Sun and they will be difficult to beat.

Not unbeatable by any means, but Packers need to be on top of things and not allow Cutler, Knox and Forte to gallop around wherever they like.

Hard nosed smash mouth stuff is needed big time here.

pretty much! now the last thing you want is the pack possibly rolling into the linc with a bit of momentum

    Goooo Packers

game vs the Bears was ugly but they got it done

    Running game non existant.

    D did the bi'sness.

Awesome. When we don't suicidally give away an inifinite amount of penalties we beat the Bears. If we happen to get them in NFC championship game I'd fancy our chances....although I doubt we will get there.
Tough route to the Superbowl but with the way our D is playing I doubt anybody will fancy facing us. From a neutral POV the game against the Eagles is a really good contest. Can we stop Vick? Can our offence really start to click?
Man, I would love it if we got revenge for that 4th and 26. I think Eagles are favourites but have a fighting chance. Come on the Pack!

I really fancy our chances against the Eagles. Vick hasn't been the same the last few weeks of the season and that's because defences are getting too him. I'm very confident our D will be able to get after him and cause one or two turnovers.
