It is alright. I had it last weekend at an Xmas party and have been on the hunt for it too. When I saw it cheaper today I grabbed it.

I think Heineken should do a Heino light beer here. Not a fan of the regular but in the states 2 years ago at Xmas time it was at a party and was way better than regular Heineken.

Just so people know.....the last lift, 192kg was in the 85kg weight class but was better than anything managed in the 94kg weight class

I think its an amazing comeback from a serious injury. Nearly proves the point that it takes defeat to make a winner.

Also doctors tell people they will never do something again way too often.

I was told i would never play sports to the same level again after breaking my leg.

    "I'll be back" - I shall return

"Hasta la vista, baby" - I'm about to kill you, baby

"If it bleeds, we can kill it" - If it is a living animal with specialized bodily fluid that delivers necessary substances to the body's cells, we can be the conclusion to its life.

    Typical speak from a Corkman.

I was hoping for a nice quiet shift in work but no, people have decided to make their New Years resoltions a week early this year it seems. Up the walls. Add to the fact that a gym down the road has frozen pipes and is closed for a few days means more traffic here. Good for business though.

Said gym having frozen pipes means i can't do my tour de france themed cycle class there tomorrow. Im glad - never so underprepared. It meant i would have had to spend a few hours tonight syncing music to video footage and then get my hands on a projector from my friend a long way away. Happy days. I can prepare the weekend.

Now im off to tell bold children to keep their swimming hats on.

Can you measure the wattage output on a spinning bike?It would be pretty sweet if you could see everyones number as their going through the class so you can see who's slackin off.

There are some bikes out there now with screens attached that do a whole host of measurements. They cost an arm and a leg.

I'm sure you could buy some sort of comuter to attach up.

You get an eye for those slacking off though. You easily begin to spot those who are pretending to climb hills.

It looked like he caught it SO solidly til it drifted out a bit. Sick.

aye. but its nice:D on the subject of spinning, im seriously thinking of giving it a go in January, im getting hounded every time I go to the gym by the trainers to sign up and that there are now more guys than gals attending so no need to see it as a womans class:P

damn you, none of that crap is any way appealing after the last few days.... and then... gets to 3.0:pac:

Uuuuugh I spent the last 3 hours reading about and making notes on the cardiovascular and respiratory system. So tired. Expect me to start dropping unnecessarily long words into conversations that are only mildly related to the usage of said words so I can show you all how smart I am.
