Make sure all the connections are in properly. I find there's a small buzz when it's plugged into the computer, and not the playstation. Is it buzzing when it's in the playstation? It could be someone else's mic making that noise and you're hearing them, happens alot for me.

I find mine buzzes when the mic and the charge lead are plugged in at the same time. Whenever i'm playing with randoms i plug out the mic and its fine so the controller is charged when i play with boardsies and need my mic

same for me . to check try turning down the chat volume on the turtle beach . if it goes away theres your problem . if your using permenantly wired controllors you could be fecked though :P

The spawn system. I shouldn't have to worry about being insta-revenge killed while calling in my pred straight away after killing a guy. Or guys attempting to insta-revenge me 3 times in a row due to the shocking spawn system - people should spawn as far away from you as possible, taking into account the position of the rest of your team-mates.

Yea it's a joke at times,I blasted some lad at the bottom of the escalators on terminal earlier,guess who was waiting for me when I got to the top........looked at the killcam,he spawned in the corner to the left at the top of the escalator

Snap! had that happen before...

worst was when playing afgan (HQ)... Killed a guy by the tail wing of the plane wreck. He respawned right beside the ridge just above the tail wing, dropped down and shot me in the back!! All within approx 3 seconds of me killing him!! Shocking!!

Its not a generalisation either, I've never played against someone with the French flag in their callsign or FRA in their clan tag who wasnt a gowlbag in MW2, they either camp, tube you with OMA/DC from across the map or use the worst possible tactics. bonjouuurrrrrr ya cheese eating surrender monkeys!

+1 to both of you. They use all the cheap tactics, and as soon as you use a noobtube/oma against them (OMA is one of the best and most wrongly used perks IMO) they shout into the mic at you or ragequit.

I honestly dont know what they are at.The only nation that I notice consistently doing it is them.For every irish/english/yank/dutch camper you get a decent player but the french meh..still think they are in the 1st world war in the trenches or somethin I dont know

OMA is brilliant when you use it properly, I remember one night I was playing on Estate and I ran out of ammo for my primary as things were getting a bit hairy inside the house and I couldnt get a chance to switch classes so I picked up a dead teammates guns what were akimbo usps but hadnt about 5 bullets each left in them, so I fired a few shots at two guys coming towards me, lobbed a flash grenade, went prone behind something, switched to my heavy class with OMA Pro by the time the flash wore off and popped back up sporting an RPD with stopping power, bring it on muddy funsters!

It'd be awesome if we could have anti-air missiles as primaries, OMA to any other class you want. Really dynamic perk, say when I was playing on Sub Base, snipe for a few easy kills, then OMA to SMG. If there's OMA in BO it'll be epic, spas as a primary will make it alot easier on small maps.

Playing on Aghan last night, had 3/4/5 as my streaks, got 5 kills and died, spawned by the cliffside, chucked my sentry marker down, care marker down, the sentry gun rolled down the hill and off the side of the cliff, the care package rolled towards me and killed me, someone else took it, chopper gunner, ffffuuuuuuu...

Thats sick! Some of the funniest moments in that game came from that area though! Was in a game and there was a guy by the AA turret in the extreme corner when I got closer I saw he had a laptop... s**t pred misslie incoming! He tried to target me and save his streak.......... whoooosshhhh........... he missed me and the pred went flying down the cliff face!! Headshot for him! lolz.

Here my rant, last night playing this one player p*ssed me off so much that instead of screaming at the screen like i usually do, i just sat there mouth open in disbelief.

He killed me a number of times in the first game, annoying but fair enough, but the second game on estate(team deathmatch) i killed him first(yay) then he killed me twice.
Then worst thing was he came along again, did that annoying jumpy thing in the air to avoid my bullets and shot me and avoided my claymore, I was angry,more for the jumping than anything else.

Anyway got a carepackage later,an AC-130, didnt realise the other team were 7400, had it up aimed at the back of estate in the corner to kill a red marker player that was there, the game ended just before I could shoot and guess who had the last kill, my rival jumper guy.

Worst thing was in the last kill kill cam it showed me based on his position that he was the red marker player at the back of the map in the corner
that i was just about to shoot with the AC-130. I was so so angry.

I feel your pain. That "jumpy thing" can be quite annoying.

I threw a cp into the open to lure out some riot shielders in bailout. It was an AC130 which was then stolen by the other team. I didn't move for about five minutes and couldn't sleep Saturday!

Played two games on Friday evening. Domination on Wasteland and Domination on Bailout. Had a great game on Bailout but Wasteland was a disaster!!

Got n00btubed four times in a row by different players and on one occasion something freaky happened.

I got pounded by an AC130 and spawned directly behind a member of my team who just spawned right in front of me as I spawned. I ran forward to get past him but all of a sudden the screen froze with a OMA animation in front of me.

I don't use OMA on any of my classes yet I was able to switch class and worst of all NONE of the classes available were my own!! :eek: :mad: Seems like somehow, his profile and mine were intertwined!! I chose a class and before I ran two steps got pounded by the AC130 again...spawn trapped! Grrr!!! :mad:

I think they decreased the jumping range in mw2 to put a stop to it because i dont come across it as often, although i still see that lying down fast tactic too. i can barely react enough to shoot let alone jump or lie down.

ha that reminds me, on sub base an enemy got 4 care packages at once(cant remember what killstreak is called) and i waited , shot him and took three( two predators and ammo) before i got shot, he must have been soooo angry. Althought having an AC-130 stolen would cause me stress i have to admit.
Its not so bad when your own team gets your care package as long as the other team don't.
