    Which dealership is that? ^^^

Are they very well preserved originals or have they been restored?

It looks like Abernathys Ford main dealers in Middleton, they usually have a few classics belonging to Rigneys in Dungourney there.

In the series "Today i saw a Classic but didn't get a chance to take a pic"...

I spotted a Maserati in Castlemartyr yesterday afternoon... It was a 4 door saloon and was badged as a Maserati 4100, registered 70-G.. I don't think i've ever seen one before....

didnt think an original irish one had survived, Lancia Trevi...:)

I'm nearly certain the owner of that car is from South Co. Wicklow, I used to own a house there in the same estate, and if it's the same gent, I remember the day he brought it home!

He was a friendly and helpful chap, with great enthusiasm for Lancias (he had a newer one too at one stage). Anyway, it was literally a barn find, having been parked up in a shed after only a year or two on the road, and I think I remember him saying it was one of only one or two left, of Irish origin that is.

If it isn't the same car, it's close. The same colour and everything :)

Here's two I saw yesterday, I usually don't bother taking pics of classics on the road, only at shows but I gotta say I don't know what either of these are! Think the second one may be a kit bar built on a Beetle chassis?

    Give that man a prize!

Google confirms it is an Eagle SS the design of which seems to have started life as the Nova.

While on holiday in Portugal, I took these photos, apologies for the quality as they are from my phone and I've just opened a photobucket acct and there is nothing about re-sizing them just in case they are massive.

Saw it, but didn't get a pic of it, yesterday. I don't know if it's a 'classic', even.......

...anyhoo, and end-of-line spec Peugeot 505. Could well be diesel - most were, iirc - in Walsh's Toyota Garage, in Kilkenny.

Long long time since I've seen one of them........

    Ode To The Motorist

“And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, generates funds to the exchequer. You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”
