Actually they are quite useful for indoor CQB scenarios where stealth is less a concern and being able to reconcile the flight of your bb's in subdued lighting is useful.

Not sure if its newsworthy or even new...
(and I cant post pics as the site is blocked in work)

Was browsing www.airsoftworld.net last night they have
wooden Land mines and some grenades made from wood.
May make a nice decorative piece for those of us that are just too
lazy to paint a round bit of wood green. They have some metal grenades
too but unsure if there would be issues or not with customs if ordering them.

I imagine the L85 is not lefty friendly since the bolt hanle will whack us in the nose:(

Thats a def purchase from me anyways.
Refusing to buy anything other than gas now, cant go back.
All my other gbb's are stanag based WE's so this is a no brainer.
Looks nice and solid too, you can tell even just by the way he shoulders it and moves it about.

    Thanks Pud, great news.

Excellect news. That looks sweeeettttt and I dont see
a brass cylinder behind that bolt cover could it be an actual
bolt thats moving back and fourth ?? fingers crossed it is.

Its giving me hope that one day some fugly guns will be made along as a GBB's.

It is. WE no longer use the brass *nozzle* design and now use an open design like the WA systems.

all the control and unfriendly to leftys as well, the venting gas could also be a little bit of a pain with the bulpup like this,

Apparently the Brits just teach southpaws to shoot right handed.

Well it makes sense, since you're pretty much assuming they've never shot anything before and you have carte blanche to make them form whatever habits you want.

FireKitten just told me about a girl who was in basic training with her who was a southpaw; and to quote unquote "never before seen anyone run crying from a firing range".

The girl was repeatedly told not to fire the L85 left-handed. She ended up with a bloody nose and face. To quote "Angelina Joley's lips fro a week and Frank Bruno's nose". She also never again fired the L85 left-handed ....

Same as the AK series, they teach shooters to use their 'correct' hand to pull the trigger, very progressive altogether, we need to crush this leftist movement.

    Left isn't right, I say :D

Just adapt and overcome, if I can shoot right handed, your blind and frail grandmother can too (provided she's left handed)! Besides anyone who's met me will tell you, I'm an awful feckin' eejit!
