    Yeah, I'm considering both of those atm. I'm just annoyed that I could have picked up a pair of adistars for €60 :mad:

    I don't have any real budget in mind, just looking for a solid pair that will last me a few years

    Get the Ironworks. I've worn both the Do-Wins and Adidas and the latter is superior by far. The heel on the Do-Wins is REALLY high and since you're coming from relatively flat shoes, I think the Ironworks would be a better fit. It's a good price too.

    I got my Adistar's for like E200 in January 2007, have worn them 2-5x per week since then and they're still going strong.

    Yep, I think I'll go with Adidas- the heel is very similar to my current shoes, and Im only replacing them b/c they're falling apart. Might get the new Power Perfect ones instead of Ironworks, they're only €105 plus ~€10 P+P

    Hi d'Oracle

    Just wondering if you would have a link to the rib mobilisation article. I would be interested in reading it.

    You need to join the CF Journal for the full thing;

    http://media.crossfit.com/cf-video/CrossFitJournal_KStarr_2Min_Part2_PRE.mov

    It's worth it tho, $25 for the entire yeah and thousands of articles and videos.

    I second this.

    $25 is not much to pay for all the Kelly Starrett stuff, the Bill Starr articles, Rips articles, the frankly bizarre but interesting stuff with Louie Simmons, and all the downright hilarious stuff with CFHQ's resident Laurel and Hardy, Tony Budding and Dave Castro.

    A moment with Louie is amongst the funniest things I have seen on the internet.
