Yeah they replied within maybe 5 to 15 minutes. But they do say that winners will be contacted within 72 hours of the draw ending.

I won one but never got it yet and emailed them. They said they would look at the matter. That was on the 11th May and heard nothing.
I just sent them another email this morning.
